WE ARE PROUD IRISH PUMAS and we say NO DEAL to Obama--CLICK HERE!
We began this site in response to Obama and his surrogates claim that HILLARY CLINTON did nothing for Ireland or the Peace Process!! This is an outright LIE!! We KNOW FIRST HAND how important her role was, and we are insulted and outraged at this LIE that continues to be spun. Here you will find ALL of her MANY accomplishments, spread over the course of many years!! She was paramount in helping women get into politics here through her VITAL VOICES and DEMOCRASHE organisations. In addition, those who actually *WERE* involved here dispute Obama's lie, e.g. DUP First Minister Ian Paisley, SINN FEIN president Gerry Adams, NOBEL PEACE PRIZE WINNER SDLP John Hume, Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern, Senator George Mitchell (brokered agreement with parties) the list goes on and on...........So stop spreading the LIES Obama!!!
To the Clintons: Our Children and future generations THANK YOU and we will NEVER forget and NEVER STOP SUPPORTING YOU!!
OBAMA SAYS "NO" TO LEGALIZING THE IRISH!!!

Obama's blow to illegal Irish in the US
The coverage of US presidential hopeful Barack Obama by the media here, and commentary on how his election might benefit Ireland, seems to have ignored one glaringly obvious point. In his short time in the US senate, Mr Obama has already helped to deal a huge blow to the Irish diaspora in America.
In June of last year, he played an instrumental role in the defeat of the so-called Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill, which had been crafted by an unlikely coalition which included President George W Bush, Republican Senator John McCain and Democratic Senator Edward Kennedy.
Had it been passed, this delicately crafted legislation would have brought a resolution to the legal limbo affecting thousands of Irish immigrants in the US.

On the senate floor, however, Mr Obama tried to amend the bill so as to restrict its effects, thereby breaking the delicate arrangement which had been agreed between democrats and republicans.
This all but destroyed the prospects of the bill in the senate, and it was defeated in the ensuing vote.
Senator Lindsay Graham, a key ally of John McCain and the Irish Immigrant lobby, lambasted Mr Obama for torpedoing the measure, saying that "some people, when it comes to the tough decisions, back away".
He also attacked Mr Obama for making grandiose statements about bipartisanship, but then failing to follow through with actual support for it.
Following the defeat of the bill, Mr Obama then proceeded to begin a shouting match with the republican senator outside the senate chamber. Is this the kind of bipartisanship Mr Obama plans to bring to the White House?
The defeat of the Immigration Bill last year dealt a huge blow to the prospects of citizenship for undocumented Irish in the US.
Frank Sharry, executive director of the US National Immigration Forum, told an Irish newspaper last year that the defeat of the bill had made the issue "radioactive", and said "we could be in for a three-, five-, 10-year hiatus while this issue gets battled out..."
In light of Mr Obama's role in this disappointment, how can any Irish person be hoping for his election as president?
